Default Teraflex 2.5 suspension lift questions

So, I finally bit the bullet and got my lift installed. However, compared to other Jeeps with the exact lift, my Jeep doesn't look all that different. I was wondering if you guys could take a look and give me your opinions. Now, these tires are a tad larger than stock but not by much. They are BF Goodrich Rugged Terrain 265/70/18R. Also, the people that installed my lift did not put my front bump stop inserts back in, will that be any real problem? Or do I need to say something about it.

Here are the pics of my jeep:

I don't think that is a 2.5, looks alot like my 1.5 leveling kit. And yes, they need to install the bump stops which is why I think it is a leveling kit because that kit doesn't come with bump stops.

Suredoesnt look like 2.5"

Did you buy(bring) the kit or did they order it and have it there.?

The AEV kit comes with new bump stops that would have required drilling for installation (in the front)..

Edit.. Just saw the Tereflex name ..

Did you get the Budget Boost or the spring lift. I have the BB and it seems a lot taller than yours. And the spring lift should too.
I agree with others here. Looks like a leveling kit. Check the box you got the kit in. It should have some info on it.

It was the 2.5 suspension lift. I ordered it from here https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/sponsoring-manufacturer-vendor-forum-24/2-5-teraflex-coil-lift-w-5100-bilsteins-$750-00-shipped-252915/

I am freaking out because like you all said. It should be higher. From the ground to the bottom of my fenders all measure out to be 38 1/4". Also, the kit did come with bump stops which are installed, but the ball insert is not there nor did it come in the kit.

This here is the EXACT kit that i received. All parts included.

The side of the coils should have the Teraflex part number on them. Can you post that up ?

And when you said they did not re-install the "bump stop inserts", did you mean the rubber spring isolators at the top of the coils ? Those should have been reinstalled.

Looks like you may have gotten the 2.5 inch lift, but for the 2 door. I'd contact the seller and confirrm. You may need to swap out the springs.

I got under the Jeep and from what I can see, there is no part number on the coils. They are bare just as the ones in the picture from the Teraflex website.

And this is the piece I am mentioning that was not reinstalled when the lift was put together
