How in the hell is Jeep going to cover that...they call it "the engine ingested water" that is not covered by the dealer according to Daimer-Chrysler of Birmingham..this same thing happened to me and insurance paid it and I had to fork out 1 grand!

I had a stock intake when it ingested water, i'll never get a cold air intake unless it comes with a snorkel!

Default You'all are skerr'n me....

I wheel here in Florida, and at least half my off road'in is in the mud and standing water... or if I get stupid across a canal.

Soooooo

Should I worry about doing this with my CAI?

I will slow down for sure.
