Default Will 35 inch tires fit on my stick 18 inch wheels?

So I am planning out what I want to do to my new Sahara. Can I fit 33 or 35 inch tires on my factory 18 inch rims? I really like the look of them. Obviously I should have done my homework as this is my first Wrangler and I should have at least got the tow package. I do mostly highway and city driving (42) miles a day) but want to be able to hit trails now and then.

Things I want are 3:73 gears, 2 or 3 inch lift, 33 or 35 inch tires, and when I really have extra cash then the metal bumpers and winch and some more skid plates. Maybe I should play the lotto more.

There are soo many options for you all depending on your budget. You can get a 2.5" spacer lift for a couple hundred or a 3" LIFT for over a thousand. All depends on what you wanna do with the jeep and the money you wanna spend. And yes, you can fit 35" tires on your 18" rims. You will either need flat fender flares or a lift and wheel spacers will be a must until you buy aftermarket wheels with better backspacing.

33x10.5 is as big as you are wanting to go with stock wheels. If u go bigger, u will need a different wheel with ~4" back spacing to handle 35x12.5. Also at least a 2.5" lift which are pretty reasonable. Also if u want to go to 35"s in future- consider at bare minimum 4.10 maybe even go 5.13. Especially if u have an automatic. I have 4.10 with an automatic in my Sahara and its a lil sluggish but manageable.

They're are plenty of guys running 35s on stock wheels, spacers will be a must. 2-3" of lift will be perfect, I would go with a minimum 4:10 gear ratio though, 3:73 will still feel really sluggish.

I run 35x12.50's on the stock wheels and they are fine. They actually look good. As mentioned you will need wheel spacers and 2.5" to 3" lift

These are 35s in factory 18" wheels. I have spidertrax wheel spacers and they still rub on occasion on the front plastic skid (remove it or cut it). Lift is 3.25" Rusty's.
