Best Tires for Snow?
Anything that has the Mountain Snowflake rating embossed on the sidewall is going to work well. GY Silent Armor is what's on my Jeep year round.
Depending on what you want, I run the Blizzaks in the winter and they are phenomenal. I haven't run any kind of MT or AT tire in the winter on my Jeep, but know from other vehicles that you really can't beat a dedicated winter tire. These things so far are good on the bare road, strong in snow (although we haven't had a big snowfall yet), and incredible on the ice. I live in atlantic canada which = a lot of ice on the roads, so these work best for me. Like I said, all depends on what you want. Not sure if they have em in 35 though... have to look into that.
I don't know if they make them in 35" but I have some Wild Country XTX sports (have the mountain snowflake) in ~32" and they are incredible on snow and ice. They grip ice like a studded tire and are smooth and quiet even tho they are an E rated tire. Dealer told me to run them for 30 days and if I did not like them he would give me my money back or swap tires to another brand if I wanted. day 29 came and went and so did day 30.

I would put the Treadwright Guard Dog with Kedge Grip up against any other tire on the market besides a dedicated snow tire. You wouldn't believe how well these tires grip until you've experienced them yourself. They're world's better than any other A/T or M/T tire I've used over the past 20 years - and I've tried a lot of different tires!
had a few days of snowfall here , duratracs hold up great and work well in other terrains. snowflake rating will not void my insurance during winter driving if i was involved in a accident too. my vote it duratracs for everyday use but some MT tires do well in deeper stuff if thats what your looking for. i.e. GY MTR with kevlar.
I have GY duratracs, 315/70R17 (34.6 approx) and they're doing great! I like these tire pretty much.
