A+ for Rancho Support!
I recently bought the 2" sport lift from Rancho and when it arrived (UPS) the box was open. It was missing all of the mounting hardware. I contacted Rancho support without much luck. HOWEVER, the rep on the forum was awesome and contacted the right people and had the missing hardware shipped OVERNIGHT from California. Can't wait to put the lift on now that I have all the parts! Two big thumbs up from me for Rancho forum support!
Just going to chime in here with a little story our family had.
we went to a place that dealed with rancho stuff, and asked them for rancho's new 3" trail lift (with the 4 control arms) and ended up paying for and receiving a 4" lift with all 8 arms, more than we wanted to pay but to be honest we're pretty happy we were pushed up to the next level overall. Anyway, I contacted rancho and let them know of everything and they said they would go over the options with that specific retailer to prevent future confusion, i then mentioned that the stock track bar with the relocation bracket was hitting our ARB diff cover and then rancho stepped up to the plate and sent us a front adjustable track bar free of charge.
We are very very happy with rancho, a few hiccups caused us to spend a bit more than we wanted to, but i'll give the retailer the benefit of the doubt because we asked to order their 3" kit like the day it was put on the website. Rancho were definitely great to work with, and I'll personally recommend them (ps: the lift still looks and performs amazingly well)
