Default HELP! Has anyone had this happen? Any idea?

I had a smell like oil burning this morning so I stopped and checked under the jeep and this is what i found. I dont know what it is and I have checked the oil level and brake fluid levels and they seem fine.

possibly your Clutch Slave cylinder. had this happen to me recently. not long after the fluid started leaking the clutch went soft very rapidly.

the clutch won't be covered under warranty because it is a wear item but the slave cylinder should be.
