Default Rubicon Express 3.5 inch lift

I ordered the RE 3.5 standard lift, Bilstein 5100s and AEV Geometry Correction brackets; was looking for an affordable way to get 3.5 inches of lift without breaking the bank. What do you guys think about this? Everything I read about this lift was good except for the cam bolts so I'm thinking the AEV brackets should help as a way to get around that? Or is that just wishful thinking?

Great choice. Especially on not using the evil cam bolts. I went the cheaper route and ordered RC's control brackets instead of AEV's.

I'm running the same lift and shocks. I did not use the cam bolts. I did strip the decals off my shocks and clear coat them though. The aluminum body will start to corrode once moisture hits them. So far the lift has been great. I've thought about the AEV brackets but have yet to pull the trigger.

I have this same lift and also did not put the cam bolts. Love it so far!

I have had the RE standard 3.5 kit for over a year now and it's great. Also have the 5100's with it as well. I just ordered the aev geo correction brackets to put on. Also thinking about their high steer kit too. Can't wait for the brackets to come in. I think they'll make a great ride even better.

All my parts are in now, hopefully will try to do the install later this week when it's a bit warmer. If not sometime in the next 2 weeks. Pretty psyched about it now that I've got a ton of boxes taking up room lol.
