Default aev procal failed to update my 2012 jkur

Today I had my 5.13 R&P installed and my procal failed to update transmission controller. We tried to use 3 others and hey also failed to update. Has anyone else had this problem if so how did you fix it? Going back to 4.10's is not an option.

I forgot to mention that I'm getting fault code P0730 for the gear change. And then the transmission lock out reverse and goes into limp mode.

I just completed my 2013 build with the AEV Procal - had a problem with the TPMS feature, called AEV and they suggested pulling both the pos and neg cables from the battery for 2 hours so the system fully resets. 2 hours later - worked like a charm.
