Default Questions on installing Teraflex Performance leveling kit and Northridge Grade 8 bolt

Hey all, I am in the process of installing my Teraflex performance leveling kit and Northridge Grade 8 bolts and have a couple of issues/questions
.
1) track bar bolt (none frame side) originally had a tang welded on the bolt. The new bolts do not have a tang. Is this going to be an issue?

2) The sway bars came with two washers, they look like they would go on the top (vs the bottom bolt) when installed, is this correct?

3) I kinda of messed up on the install, the drivers side front went easy, on the passenger side I decided it would be quicker to install the Grade 8 bolts before I installed the shock and springs, since I had to loosen them anyway. When I removed the lca bolts the front axle shifted back about 1/4 of an inch. I ended up using a crow bar to push the LCA forward to align the bolts, what a pain in the ass. Now that every thing is installed it all looks fine, doesnt look like anything is binding, but it bothers me that there was that much tension on the axle. Do you think there was a problem? I thought maybe the tension came from the drivers side spring that was already installed. I havent put on the rear yet, so haven't driven the jeep yet.

The coil springs just keep it bouncy and provide no rear front/back-side/side support. Lower and upper arms keep the axle from rotating forward and back and your track bar keeps the axle under center. Be careful, an axle rotating like that can end in a very bad day.

shouldnt be a problem as far as the tension you described . just make sure before you tighten everything up that its sitting on the ground first . the tang ( the way i see it ) is there to make line assembly easier so that they dont have to hold that end while tightening. i could very well be wrong about that tho. someone will chime in im sure .

Ralph,
Let me know how you like the ride once you get it all installed. I finally was able to install the LOD sliders last night. They look great and are solid.
Thanks,
Robert
