Dumb question? Can I install grade 8 bolt kit with jeep on the ground

Default Dumb question? Can I install grade 8 bolt kit with jeep on the ground
Just wondering if I have to jack it up if I go bolt by bolt and torque everything at the end

No dumb questions....You actually want the Jeep on the ground when torquing up all the bolts.

Most of the bolt can be installed on the ground but there are couple that require little bit of lifting to insert the bolt through.
