Default Confused on Lift options

I am a new jeep owner (2 years), I have a 2008 Jk unlimited Sahara edition. I am a light off-roader but mainly use my jeep on the paved streets. I would like to lift my jeep in order to put some larger tires on it. I am simply going for the look. Here is my question;

Should I just do a body lift or a full suspension lift?

Does anyone know the difference between these. What are the adapters for?

JK Wrangler 2.5" Performance Budget Boost - No Shocks
SKU: 1355200
$272.99

JK Wrangler 2.5" Performance Budget Boost w/adapters - No Shocks
SKU: 1355210
$357.99

If you aren't doing much offroading, you can do a budget boost, like 2.5 and then get up to 35" or 37" with flat fenders.

If you you mostly want the tires for looks you should consider getting a budget boost (which is just coil spacers and a couple other odds and ends). The modification is cheap and easy to install.

A body lift will be slightly more involved and doesn't have much of a benefit. Do some searches and you will find quite a bit of information

Welcome to The forum. X 2 on a budget boost or a teraflex leveling kit.

How big of tires do you want to run?

Tire size is a great place to start when choosing a lift!

The adapters allow you to reuse the stock shocks. The #1355200 is for customers that are using another brand of shock. You will need shocks with this kit.
