Default TeraFlex 2.5" BB on stock wheels

Putting a TeraFlex 2.5" BB with shock adapters on my 2012 JK 2 door. For now, i'm going to stick with the stock wheels and 32" tires for a few months until i get 35's. My question is, do i need the wheels spacers only for the stock wheels and bigger tires, or do i still need wheel spacers with this setup regardless of tire size?

Thanks

You won't need the wheel spacers right now. do you know the exact tire size you will be getting in the future?

Yeah I'll be running 35x12.5 but I'm undecided whether I'm keeping stock black wheels and running spacers or getting aftermarket wheels with 3.75-4.5" BS. Worry about that later.

I just wanna make sure i can run without spacers on stock wheel/ tires in the meantime. Don't wanna get spacers and then decide to get new wheels in a few months..

You won't need spacers with the stock wheel/tire combo. Would only need them if you want to put 35's on the factory wheels.

Yes you will need at least wheel spacers in the rear to clear the new longer sway bar links.

Could you please elaborate a bit on why there would be clearance issue with the rear sway bar? It still connects at the same place doesn't it? Keep in mind i am talking about running the stock 255/75/17 tires. I know that i do indeed need spacers for a bigger/ wider tire...

Thanks

The new rear link is longer. Because its longer, it now put the bolt area up by the sidewall, instead of inside the rim like the stock ones are. Because the factory wheels are so deep, you need the spacers to get your tire clear of the bolt. I ran the SpiderTrax on my 08 with the 2.5 Teraflex kit and stock tires, worked great, and gave me the room for my 33's when I went up in size.
