Default Rancho Shocks & 4WD Parts...

Hello - ordered a new set of front Rancho shocks from 4wd parts - one came, in original box with sticker etc, the other looked used, no sticker and instead of the rancho rubber stops like the first, had oem Chrysler - any one had that kind of experience with 4wd parts? Sent email to customer service, no reply after 3 days. Not sure if this is the place to post this, just wanted to ask the question? Thanks

Thanks - I'll give em a chance - on one, the bag with hardware was open, and Chrysler rubber stops were in the bag - completely different from the other shock - thanks for the reply
