Default Recommendations for exhaust for 2013 6mt JKU

Hi all,

Was looking to see if anyone had recommendations for an exhaust that will fit the 2013 manual JKU. I currently have an exhaust spacer on the stock exhaust along with a 2.5 inch teraflex kit to clear the driveshaft. The space is tight, and I was reading that a couple people with manual Jeeps are having issues with after market exhausts making contact with the driveshaft (mainly AFE).

Does anyone have a manual 2012+ jku with a matching exhaust + exhaust spacer?

Thanks!!

I'm assuming your talking about the y pipe correct and not a catback? So what you are looking to do is reomve the exhaust spacers and put in a high clearance y pipe?

Thanks for that clarification, do you know any manufacturers that make the y pipe?

AFE is the only one that I am aware of. That being said if you changed out the front driveshaft you would avoid contact and have a better front driveshaft. You can get a front through Adam's Driveshaft for like $400 I think.

I took mine and he just bent a custom loop at the y pipe for the driveshaft. I have a 4" lift and my shaft is about an inch from it at full droop. Don't waste time and money on spacers or custom y pipe. Just take it to a local muffler shop and ask them to put a loop in the exhaust so the driveshaft won't hit. It cost me 30 bucks!

I'm having a hard time picturing in my head what your saying. What do you mean a loop?
