Default emergency kit/ recovery kits

What do you guys have/ take with you when you go off-roading? in terms of emergency or recovery items... i want to get a bag ready with basic things to have and im just looking at what people take with them.

Aside from all the usuals I make sure I have antihistamine in the first aid kit. Strangely this seems to be one of the more used items when on a group run.

Heavy duty tire chains for all four wheels. Snowshoes. At least in the winter. Winch. Tree strap. Couple of short lengths of chain. Shackles. Short shovel. High Lift jack. Rope.

First aid kit. Water. Food. Usually keep my old gore-tex parka and an old fleece vest, a hat and gloves in there too. Fire starter.

This stuff all stays in the Jeep, pretty much all the time. I just keep most of it in a rubber-maid box in the back.
