Default Rugged Ridge Door Hinges- Anybody Using Them?

Has anyone installed Rugged Ridge steel Door hinges as a direct replacement? Are they good quality?

What are the covers made out of and how do they attach?

Steal is whats it made of
and you will have to unscrew the two bolts on hinges then put it on top and they provide you 2 slightly longer screws to keep it in place

WORTH IT AND EASY ON THE POCKETS

I'm reluctant to do this with my 2012. I know the bolts that are holding the hinges are painted so I'm wondering if you have any issues breaking those loose? I really dig the look of these, it will go well with my other black accent stuff. I have the RR grill inserts, headlight bezels, and door handle guards.

Thanks

covers may look good to mask the problem. two dissimilar metals are on the hinges - steel and aluminum...the hinges are not 'rusting'....it's a reaction from the two dissimilar metals...unfortunately the large part that screws onto the metal door is aluminum. soon you will see the white bleeding stain down your door. best to get the new hinges altogether. hoping to do mine soon....we pulled my buddies off last night and its ugly under there too.

X2^^
I have an 07 that are corroded under the paint and my wife's 12 is doing the same. Pull them and paint them with the Rustoleum truck bed liner. Don't waste money on covering it up or replacing the hinges when it is so easy to fix yourself.
