Good afternoon all!

So i've been looking more and more at lifting my 09 JKU sahara lately. I'm trying to set my budget between $5k and $6k. So far, this is what I've come up with...

-3" Zone lift w/ nitro shocks
-Adj. track bar
-5 x 17" moto metal type 909 wheels
-5 x 35"x12.5x17 Toyo M/T's
-Bushwacker Flat Fenders
-1.5" hubcentric wheel spacers (i like the wide stance)
-Quick disco's
-AEV rear bumper w/ tire carrier
-Front stubby kit (end caps for stock cut bumper)

What do y'all think? any and all opinions welcome!

In my opinion you need to lose the stock front bumper in some form or fashion. Once you have the AEV rear on, you'll detest the front.

You will love the Toyos and I highly recommend them.

Just my opinion...best of luck!

Don't make the mistake I made when it came to swapping out my bumpers... The lighter the better imo. I hate how the jeep drives with all the added weight and now im dealing with the sag and DW.

It's really all personal preference. We like the stock look and sleeper look on vehicles, so my fiance got the stubby RC bumper caps. They work great and the winch is install inside the stock bumper and 100% hidden while fully functional. We saved weight by not going with a large aftermarket steel bumper and have the tow hooks up front which have work out just fine.

If you're getting aftermarket rims, I wouldn't waste money on spacers. You're tires are already going to stick out 2" past the stock fenders most likely. The flat fenders I'm pretty sure are the same width as stock, so they wont cover the tires depending on the offset you get, so spacers will be a waste unless you want tires pushed 3-4" out past the fenders. If that's the case then just get the short flat fenders to get that wide look without wasting money on stuff you don't need.

I also really like the Toyo MT's, BUT.... they do come at a cost. They're weight greatly effects your power & fuel economy.

On a 6000 budget I think you should put more into the lift.

Also I would skip the aev tire carrier/bumper and go with the terraflex carrier. The money saved there could help you get a nice front bumper.
