Default is an electric supercharger possible

i know this may sound crazy but i have 24 vdc vacuum motor. it is from one of those fancy zamboni looking floor cleaners. it is pretty powerful, not sure of cfms or anything. could i hook it to a twinned battery and a switch and push air into the filter box? i figure if this was a good idea someone would have done it but what the hell.

People have tried this before. I'm not sure about on a JK but I have seen it before. The punch line is it's a waste of time.

They actually did a duel leave blower setup in the video and got .3 horses or whatever the Aussies use Kw? Funny to watch them mockingly take the experiment serious.

Yeah, its called a parallel cycle hybrid. A Camry Hybrid is a great example. Unlike a Prius that can putt around with a bias towards the electric motor with the gas engine there as a recharge, the Camry is a 4 cylinder that uses the electric motor to act as an electric power added to make the car feel like a 6 cylinder. Not quite an electric forced induction supercharger, but gets the job done. Using the 70hp electric motor to power a fan is just a silly waste of energy. Much more efficient to use it to power the wheels.
