I've been running the Currie steering setup and it's beefy. Hasn't let me down. It's pricey though. But u get what u pay for.

I have the synergy one. Like the RK, its bombproof but it uses better/beefier TRE's than the RK one. RK uses OEM which you have to buy. Synergy comes with the HD ends on it already.

I put the Ruff Stuff kit in mine.Only used it for one run so far but it held up to the V-notch on Last Chance Canyon.

Either the Rock Krawler or Synergy Tie Rod will work for you. We have the Synergy Tie Rod and it doesn't budge when you hit things!

Which wheels are you running? People say that the Synergy tie rod does not fit on 15" wheels, but we are running 15x8 Cragar Soft 8 steel wheel with a 4" back spacing. People with the aluminum 15" wheels seem to have problems.

As others have mentioned about the Rock Krawler tie rod you will need to source your own ends. If you purchased this tie rod from us we will source the ends for you so that you don't need to.

PM us if you would like a quote on either.

7075 is a nice choice. That is what our JK Tie Rods are made out of. It is beefy, and when it bends it comes right back!

do you happen to know if a straight rod of 1.75" dia. would clear the stock D44 diff cover with gm 1 ton offset TRE's?

I'm using the Rock Krawler but hate how you can't adjust it on the jeep. Taking one side or the other off means I can't get it dialed in as much as I'd like. For me I'd rather go with the Synergy Tie Rod or Currie TR. Just my
