Default Which mod? Truck-lite/rigid combo or exhaust?

So which mod would everyone do? Truck-lite/Rigid led combo from Northridge or an aftermarket exhaust? Was thinking MBRP black series or a similar cat-back.

Any pros or cons each way. I am leaning towards the lights because the stock heads are horrible.

I'd also go with the light combo. The stock headlights are awful and the Rigid D2's are sweet.

You will get a ton more use out of the lights. Jeeps don't receive any usable performance with just an exhaust upgrade, so you'll be dropping coin for a pretty exhaust tip and a bit of rumble. I'd just poke a hole in your muffler and light up the night

I think you will benefit more from the Truck-lites. Think of how often you notice how bad your headlights are.

Yep. The lights are a go. Just had to have a few to help nudge me along. The exhaust is more aesthetically appealing more than anything, not really practical-just always like a rumbling sound.

Is it worth it to upgrade to the D2's if I am just daily driving, no real night trailing?

I was intending on going with the the combo with the original dually spots.

Nothing wrong with the existing exhaust, so why drop any money into that?? The head lights SUCK!!!!! Do that and don't look back.

I bought the package you are talking about. I got the Dually spots, and wish I upgraded to the D2's. The spots do throw out a lot of light, but the D2's throw out a lot more from what I've seen. To me, the spots don't look a lot brighter than the truck-lites (just my opinion, not scientific), but you can put the light wherever you want.

I love my Trucklites. Best improvement I have made but I go to work in the dark and come home in the dark so I use them all the time.

Definitely go with the lights. The factory lighting is horrible, and once you lift it, they almost become dangerous. Lighting is one of the best first upgrades you can do.
