Default Smittybilt xrc bumper with winch

2012 jk just put on a xrc front bumper with the smittybilt x20 8k winch and I am having trouble installing the 2 rear bolts to hold the winch on and outing the factory grill back on. Anybody have this bumper with a winch having the same problem and how did you solve it. Thanks

I had the same issue installing my Engo winch. I had to move the holes on the bumper forward about 1". If you do this make sure you have enough clearance between the bumper and the winch motor. After I did mine you couldn't fit a hair between them. Good luck!

Which bumper spacer are you referring to? What come to mind are the one-piece, double hole "washer" type things that go under the nuts in the back and the crush cans on the front of the frame rails. Please specify?...

Those spacers are to hold on the cheap OEM front bumper. You don't use them with after market bumpers.
