Bending axle shafts
I've been continuously bending axle shafts in my 2010 Unlimited. When I had about 4,000 miles it, a guy ran a red light and popped me in the left rear... on the tire... The body shop replaced a hanger and a couple brackets ... And I believe the rear sway bar... About 23,000 miles...after listening to squeaking get progressively worse, I carried it back to the body shop... After I had talked to many others, we had it diagnosed as bent axle shafts... Both rear axle shafts... After much argument, the shop agreed to replace the axle shafts. $1200+
Now, at 37,000 miles... The squeaking is back... So, I think the axle shafts are bent or bending again. Help me diagnose what is out of alignment that is causing these axle shafts to bend.
The first time I assumed they just missed it when they did the repair. Now, it seems to me that something else is wrong and wasn't prepared right.
Thoughts?

Seems to me if you got hit hard enough to bend an axle then you got hit hard enough to bend an axle housing. Seems to me that it would also bend your rear control arms upper and lower. You may want to get your alignment checked and see if anything else is bent. Could also be bearings making noise.
