Default New owner needs lift advice

Just got a 2010 JKU Sierra. I know very little About jeeps. If I get a 2.5 inch lift can I keep the stock tires and wheels on or would I have to upgrade those as well. I eventually want to put some 33s on it but not til Xmas.

Yes you can. But 33 will fit stock or a simple teraflex leveling kit will work, it raises back 1" and front 2". 2.5" can run 35's

I'd say if your going to do a 2.5" lift throw some 35's on it. If you only want 33"a you can put those on now (stock) with little or no cutting or trimming at all, good luck!

Its really hard to screw up a 2.5" lift, but I suppose it can be done. You can keep your stock wheels and tires, but its really up you on what size tires you want to run.

Give us a ring, we can help you decide!
