Default Question about 33's on stock wheels

About to pull the trigger on a set of 33x12.5 cooper STT and was wondering if anyone has had vibration problems with this size of tire on stock wheels? My tire guy said because of the stock wheel being a 7.5 wide and the recommended size is 8.5 to 11 that the stock might cause a vibration.

Plenty of guys run 33s and 35s on stock wheel with no issues. Mentioning the wheel size is more CYA thing. Some shops won't even install on stock wheels if the tire manufacturer recommends an 8" wheel minimum.

That is what I thought, but wanted to make sure.
