Default Derale Combo Engine/Transmission Cooler

Anyone tried the Derale Combination Engine and Transmission Cooler? Would seem to occupy a good chunk of the radiator real estate. Easy (relative) install? Does the kit relocate the oil filter or just put an adapter between existing filter? Any issues plumbing into the auto transmission lines at the radiator? Most importantly do you like it? Did it make much difference?

I do everything from desert rock crawling to towing ~3500 lbs. Any insight or experience with Derale products would be appreciated!

I did a lot of research into aux. transmission oil coolers and found that the factory cooler mounted under the a/c condenser is a very good system.
That Derale combo might be ok for the engine oil but since it is a fin and tube design, it is not as good as the factory plate design transmission cooler.

It would be better to just get an aux. engine oil cooler and leave the transmission cooler in place.
