Default Pic Request 2 door w/ 35's NO LIFT and flat fenders

I saw 1 jeep with this set up in the "2Dr and 35's" thread, just wondering if there are more out there running this set up in the jk world. Please share your thoughts, opinions and pics if you have them. Thank you!

Been running this way since fall. On road is fine, off-road is ok at best. Trimming of the pinch seam is a must, on or off-road. The stock suspension will flex, so if you have thoughts of disconnecting the sway bar....forget about it. Works for me till I can afford the setup I want.

Yes, wasn't done yet in that pic. That was straight off the lift after getting wheels installed.

What's the best way to take care of the pinch seam? Just take a grinder to it? Hammer it out flat?

Don't plan on taken it on serious offload, just through mud and sand, that's why I'm wondering if I can get away without lifting it and putting flat fenders on to allow for clearance for minor flex and turning my front wheels. Don't know if I make sense or not, and this is just a temporary fix until I can afford the lift, I'd rather spend money on wheels tires and fenders and then install the lift, rather than lifting and looking retared on 16" steel pizza cutters.

Did you put about 2 inches of additional bumpstop in the rear? If you disconnect you make contact in the front? Where is the front contact, the stock bumper? Just curious as I am planning on doing a low center of gravity build when I trade in my 2008 for a 2013. From what I understand with flat fenders you should be able to run 35s (although my Duratracs are 34.4) with some mild trimming and about an inch of lift, either spacers or body lift and 2 inches of bumpstopping in the rear. All lifts require a reduction in uptravel in the rear due to increased tire size. It does not mattter whether you lift two inches or six. Let me know...thanks.

This is 35s and the BASIC teraflex leveling kit(just pucks). Trimmed fenders and pinch seems and absolutely no rubbing.

How she sits flat...
