Default Help me get to my radio antenna bolts?

How do I get to the bolts? I want to loosen the antenna mount and turn it at an angle equal to the windshield angle. I have a plastic clamp that will go on the top bolt of the pilar to run the antenna through. I saw this posted somewhere here but he didn't have specific details and also I cannot find the post again.

Thanks in advance,
Lusky

If you're talking about the antenna that's on the right side fender area, then all you must do is pry, carefully, off that black plastic cover where the antenna attaches to the body and it will reveal the three screws. just take them out and the whole antenna will come off. Now, if you want to rotate it like you say, the problem is that this housing has captured holes for the bolts that hold it on and you can't really shift it. I'm sure if you fuss with it somehow, you can make it work but it's designed to sit at the angle it was built at. Maybe someone else has done it and can explain how they did. Good luck.

Yeah like he said....lol...There is no way to get to or see the back part of that antenna...It's a double wall and behind the glove box all you will see is the cable with a Grommet sleeve...like below i took a pic for ya.....
