Need help in south jersey wharton state park stuck

I know this is the wrong place but I need help
I'm a f'n idiot, on a whim I decided to take a ride down a trial off 206 and got stuck bad. My winch crapped out, will not go in or out and of corse my hilift and shovel are at home
Digging in frozen water for a few hours with no luck
