I see a lot of JKU's with the silver plastic piece on the front and rear bumper. My question is how many of you that paid for the extra bling just to turn and take it off and put aftermarket bumpers on your Jeep?

Most people I see with the silver bumper plastic are Stockers.

They only come on Saharas...thus people paid for a lot of other goodies, not just the silver plastic bumper cover.

Can you just pop the thing off or is it molded to the bumper?

Comes right off and it's the same stock bumper underneath.

Clever engineering on those silver accents, though. They made them easy to remove and they fit right into the trash can...along side of the air deflector
