Default Heater Hose Melting!

In case you don't read the other forums this is an FYI to any JK owner.

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to share an experience that happened today.
I own a 2007 (built in July) purchased in Aug Steel blue Rubicon JK unlimited 4 door w/ 4,500 miles on it. Okay I drive to work this morning and upon arrival notice smoke pouring out of the engine and beneath..... my first assumption is radiator but on inspection all hoses are ok I check under the jeep and can see only spirts of coolant hitting the heat shield of the exhaust up near the manifold. So I get myself a jug of water and drive to the dealers. After they checked it out ..the response was that the heater hose has a faulty design and instead of bypassing say the hot spots instead was designed to wrap around and by doing so melted a hole through the hose. So they had to order a newly "IMPROVED" hose that circumnavigates the area and I had to take a rental KIA ....of course that they are paying for. It just seems to me that Chrysler has really come up with the worst design team on the planet to take pencil to paper is one thing but God didn't they use that thing they call a brain. My Freedom Top and my soft top leaked until I had to physically redo all of the weatherstripping myself. I keep hearing of other atrocities of brake failure and loose front ends. I DON'T GET IT!
I LOVE MY JEEP but this may be the EDSEL of this century.
