Default OR-Fab Tire Carrier?

Hey all,

After a lot of thinking, I want to get a different tire carrier (and most like bumper) for my 08 JK.

During my search, I believe the best thing for me will be the OR-Fab carrier with the room for 2 fuel cans. I am ready to make the order right now as far as funds go, but am just looking for some feedback on how well it works, if it rattles or squueks, sagging issues....etc.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

-As a side note, if I do buy this I will be selling my current tire carrier, bumper, and rear rack. Just adding this because I had some people give me good feedback about it-

Thanks!

I have the orfab tire carrier with rotopax and love it so far. Only had it for a month so far. No rattle and solid.

Just got an OR Fab myself, so no long term or trail experience yet; but I am very pleased with it. Its very sturdy and not a single rattle anywhere on it.

We're a dealer for or fab and have installed a couple of these in the shop. Give us a ring for a quote.

I like my rotopax carrier so far had it for 6months. The thing is a beast and the rust I see is surface by one of the metal hinges. I live in Chicago so it get exposed to harsher elements and road salt so I think that is normal. Highly recommend it since it makes no noise whatsoever. Its a pain in the ass to install however

i had this carrier on my 2dr. It was very sturdy, not a squeak or a rattle on or off-road. Better be good at hand yoga to get it installed though. Overall i was satisfied with it.
