While I'm waiting for my Trektop NX to get here, I was reading the instructions. Am I going to use some of the OEM parts over? like the header? I want to sell my soft top but whomever buys it will want a complete top with all the brackets, so I am trying to figure out if I will have all the parts or will I be keeping some.

 

I have the top and I don't see why you would want to use the stock header , the only thing I kept from the stock one was the tail gate bar

What is your concern over the header

 

The top comes with everything you need. Just installed mine, and you can sell your soft top with every bracket available if you were to buy a new soft top.

Just got mine a week ago and it came with a very good tailgate bar. Separate clips and everything, older models were different, but with this I see no reason to keep the OEM bar. I'll be selling mine with the top.
