Default EVO Double D Long Arm Kit....Lead Time...and where to Buy??

My wife and I just bought new JK's...after Tj's, Cj' etc. I have decided for mine without a doubt that I am going to do the Evo DD LA Kit. Where are you guys buying the kit...direct? Through Northridge or others. Any Group buys going on...and most important..How long does it take?? For the initial order I am going with the basic kit with the King 2.5 Shocks and their 1/4 bumper with Stinger. I know Northridge does Free Shipping..Just curious if anyone else has good deals or someones had a real good buying experience.

Thanks

For me, Northridge is the only place to buy. They are very involved here at the forum, their customer service is top notch and very easy to reach. If you haven't ordered from them before, you're missing out!

I've used them before..years ago with my TJ. Everything went great.

Does anyone know what the lead time is on getting the Evo lift? Someone told me I would wait 6 weeks

Chris from EVO should pop in here with a response soon. But like others were saying, NR4x4 is the place to go!

Usually Northridge has most items on hand while other vendors do not.

As Mentioned Northridge has these in stock, and other vendors like Offroad Evolution or Trail jeeps is a good source for EVO MFG products.

For anyone reading this, please call for Lead times as they do change and 6 weeks is not a common

I'm looking into purchasing the long arm upgrade kit, and have a question about it.

I see on the notes for the kit it specifies that aftermarket wheels with a max of 4.5" backspacing is required.

What problems will I encounter if I run this kit with 5" backspacing (35/12.50r18 tires)?

its a secret dude...not to be explained publicly

Seriously it would be cool if you called and posted the results. You may need wheel spacers let us know if you do. Thanks

Your tires are going to rub the control arms, you need 4.5" or less. You can always throw wheel spacers on if need be
