Yes, i do, and No I haven't had to use it, or hear of anyone having to use it. Cheap insurance just to have it around.
I also have a picture on my phone of how the belt winds around the pulleys.

I also have one. Never had to use it.

The pictures on how's it's routed is a good idea.

Never needed one and no one I have ever been with has needed to replace one on the trail. That being said I currently have 113k on my JK and just bought a new belt as preventive maintainence so I will probably end up throwing my old belt in my trail bag for a spare.

I always carry one and had to use it once out of two years of carrying it. Like stated above, they are pretty cheap and easy to store in the jeep. When a situation comes up and you need one, you'll be happy.

I have one and have never used it. Thanks for the cell phone pic advice so I'll know how it goes on. Great idea.

I carried a spare when I had a 3.8l. Had to use it a couple times, both on my rig, and as a donation to a JK in group. Last week Apacolypto broke a belt. Last month Rubibldr broke one. Small, useful, if not for you, then maybe for a buddy.

I like the cell phone picture idea too, I drew it on a card and kept it in the tool bag, but you know it won't be there when you need it.

I don't. I change them routinely anyway, I'm sure well before I actually have to. There's enough crap to carry. Of course, after saying that, it'll be the first thing I break next time out!
