Default Question: Will a Superwinch S9000 mount INSIDE the stock JK Bumper?

I have been looking into installing a winch in my stock JK bumper. I know that there are a few models that are commonly installed inside the front bumper. From what I have seen most of those do not have an integrated solenoid.

Based on the pictures, this winch looks far too big to fit inside of the front bumper. Can anyone confirm?

Nope. That winch will not fit. You want one with a removable solenoid. That way you can mount the solonid above the bumper with easy access. Plus the bridge of the sw winch will not fit either.

Thank you very much! I assumed as much! Looks like I am going to go with the Q9000.

The Q9500i has an integrated solenoid, so that won't work either?

If it creates a bridge no. and you want it above the bumper to make it easy to get at.
