I now have a little bit of money in my Jeep funds, and I thinking of getting a Warn Stubby front bumper with Grill Guard and a winch. Is there anybody with this bumper and a non-Warn winch and did Warn make it more difficult to use a non-Warn winch?

Any winch should fit fine on the stuby, im looking at the same bumper i feel it really compliments the jk. Post pics if you get it!

 

I would imagine it could take just about any winch but don't know the answer. Here's a photo of the bumper for you. I like it alot and love the look. Price was pretty good too.

 

Looks awesome. I love the bumper, just think it would be kinda strange to not have a warn winch on it. I can't afford a warn winch with synthetic rope.

 

There is a $100 consumer rebate on Warn winches right now.

 

I have this bumper without the brush guard with a Smittybilt winch. It fit fine. Here are a couple pics.

 

I ordered the bumper today, and I'll be ordering an Engo winch tomorrow. Now my next question is due to me not waiting to find out. What size hole is there for the d-ring shackle? 7/8?

 

I have this bumper w/ a Smittybuilt XRC8 on it. It bolts right up.

 

I have this bumper, warn stubby with the bull bar no winch tho. Awesome looking bumper even with out the winch and a fairly easy instal. Pics are in my profile

 

I love my warn stubby, the bumper and winch were my the very first mods I did to my brand new 12 jkur back in may last year. Recently I got into a fender bender 2 weeks ago and my bumper is still in great shape, it only has the other cars paint on it. As you can see the other car didn't turn out too good lol
