Craftsman. Got the click model.

I have been using it for several years without a glitch.

The Kobalt from Lowes is pretty nice and very consistent. I use it a lot for those things where the torque isn't critical, such as rotating tires. You can't go wrong with Snap-On or some of the other expensive brands.

SnapOn just had the QD3R250 on sale for $160 (retail $320). Check your local rep to see if the promotion is still going on, I now have one in my box!

It doesn't matter how much or how little you spend if you don't have the clicker-type torque wrench calibrated periodically.
They all go out of calibration after a while.

The beam-type is another story. My 30 year old Craftsman beam torque wrench never needed calibration when I'd bring it to the calibration lab. As long as it points to zero at rest, it is calibrated.

I now have a digital torque wrench with a strain gauge. It's new so I have not had it long enough to tell how long it will maintain calibration.

Actually I have the 1/4 and 1/2 torque wrench so I guess that makes +2.
