Default Ready to take out the carpet --need some advice

I've looked through the threads and have found one solid option for taking out the carpet which is the berliner mod. Just wondering if there are any other suggestions. I have two dogs and the carpet is a magnet for hair. This last weekend after camping, the carpet got wet from the ice chest leaking and I had to pull it up and open the drain plugs. Now I don't really want to put the carpet back. I've already ordered the quadratec mats, but I'm trying to decide what to put underneath the new mats.

Also, you can go the DIY route with some Monstaliner and a roller. Definitely bedline if you don't want to put the carpet back in.

Also, you have a bit of a typo there that I find hysterical. Bedlining the tub should always be called the 'Berliner Mod'.

I've been running almost three years with no carpet and just the Quadratec Mats. Works fine for me .. if I ever have some spare $$ maybe I'll go with Line-X ... all it will do is make ride a little quieter though which doesn't really matter to me.

It has been 5 years since I pulled the front carpet so I do not remember what mats I have. They have raised edges so collect all the melted snow and mud in a nice little confined "tub". I just ease them out to dump out the water or hose them off as needed. Never used anything underneath them, and the paint is still fine.

No carpet for 2 years, I used the Raptor liner spray in bed liner kit for $125 and it worked great and texture is great... Good luck

So far it sounds like the two options are bare or bedline. Now I'm just wondering if I should spray or roll.
