2.5" lift with 3/4" coil spacers, wheel alignment, getting strange light shake

2.5" lift with 3/4" coil spacers, wheel alignment, getting strange light shake
2010 2 dr rubicon
2.5" TF coil lift (4 dr lift)
3/4" daystar coil spacers
wheel alignment by dealer
I am experiencing some light shaking or shuttering feeling in the cab... not much in the steering wheel. wondering if I have some driveline pinion angle issues in the driveshaft(s)? rear shaft seems to have a pretty extreme angle at the differential. These are OEM shafts.
thinking about front lower and rear upper control arms...
I have ~38k miles... could this be wheel bearings?
