So I got my lift on and took it in to get my alignment specs checked. Looks like I am good. Any input would be great. Thanks.

 

Caster looks a bit high. RK recommends 4.2 to 4.7. You are closer to 6. That will help will flightiness but too much caster can cause driveline vibrations and in bad cases, those vibrations can explode your transfer case.

I think 5.9 is ok but I would try and get it closer to 4.5.

 

Shit I was hoping I was done. Any idea on how much of an adjustment effects caster. Meaning how many turns per degree? Also would I exstend or shorten the arms to effect caster? Thanks for the help.

 

No clue on how many turns per degree of caster. You can either shorten your lowers or lengthen your uppers. The lowers are much easier to do.

 

Lots of people run caster over 6 degrees and don't have issues. Only reason why I got mine to within RK specs was the fear of having some major driveline issue.

Take it out for a nice ride and see if you have any vibrations at all. If not, you are probably fine.

 

Your good to go if you don't have any drive shaft vibrations. The more caster makes it track better I have mine at 6.1 degrees

 

So it drives great. Better then stock. Straight as an arrow and tight. Should I mess with it? Don't want transfer case issues. Thanks for all the help.

 

I'm running about 5.5 and it drives great. I would leave it alone myself.

 

If it drives good and there are no vibrations, I say your good to go.
