Default 13 JKUR lost reverse in 4 low incline maybe 30 degrees

I had to play with it to get it in reverse while at an incline both in the Snow and at the dunes. My mechanic said he could not find any codes. My rig is lightly modified. Anyone experience a similar issue?

Thanks in advance.

Do you have an auto? Can you get it into any gear? Or is it just reverse?

I had issues for a while where my auto tranny was letting go on steep inclines. Turned out to be a cracked tranny filter. Replaced it and all was good.

It is an auto, it was on an incline. I will let my mechanic know. Thanks.

It was only reverse, backing down a dune or backing up in the Snow (at an incline) to get a rerun.
Thanks again!

Check your tranny fluid level, just a tad low can cause that depending on how steep the angle.

It's a '13, take it to the dealer and use your warranty.

Did that, they can't find any codes and can't duplicate.
