Default I need some opinions here

Would it look stupid to have a 3.5" lift with 35" tires?

no, it would look fine but it is more then you need. The question is are you going to be able to do everything needed to run a properly set up 3.5" lift? If you are looking at one of those $500 kits you will be spending quite a bit more before you are all said and done.

That's about perfect especially with the stock flares. Less than that and you really need to watch your bump stops if you disconnect off road and run the rocks. With flat flares you gain a couple inches of uptravel.

Thanks, and I've been looking at some of the metalcloak kits, either game changer or lite. Still cant make up my mind about this one, research research research that's all I do.

The metal cloak is a nice kit, one of the more complete ones out there. All it is really missing is limiting straps and a high steer solution.
