Looking to do a winch on the bumper soon but dont want to invest a ton of money into a bumper with no winch. So ive been looking into in the oe winch plate mounts for the jk bumpers, what are thoughts on this? Anyone know of any cheaper option than the one quadratec sells for 418 bucks? Any feedback is appreciated.

 

Harbor Freight sells one for around $40 that will work just as well. You will need to trim the plate a little though, as it is universal.
