Default ** Quick Superchips Flashpaq question**

Just bought a used tuner. Hooked it up online and it downloaded a couple updates. Haven't hooked it up to my JK yet. Here's what a couple of the screens show:

Under 'Vehicle Information' it says Tuner Status: Returned to Stock, then displays a Vehicle ID and the last 9 of the previous (I'm assuming) VIN.

Under 'Vehicle Options' under 'Power Level' it says 'Stock'

Under 'Rev Limiter' it says Stk

Under 'Spd Limiter' ir says Stk

BUT under Tire Size it says 30.75

Does the fact that it has a tire size listed mean that it will be VIN-locked and require it be unlocked??

Yup sounds vin locked. Sucks someone did that to you. Luckily SuperChips offers an unlock for like 100 bucks on their program

I bought it on here. I've contacted the seller and hopefully they will help me out. I can see how it was overlooked with all the settings that need to be returned to stock, but it still sucks that someone's going to be out $100.

No... Hold on guys. I bought a used one as well and the "stock" tire size is set to 30.75, you can adjust once you plug it in.

Just got back from loading the Mileage XS tune and driving around a bit afterwards. No issues and hopefully it'll help a little bit in the fuel economy area.
