Default Quiet aftermarket exhaust options

Call me old but I am trying to find a good aftermarket "bolt on" exhaust or muffler that is actually quiet.

Before people start telling me to just run stock, I am hoping there is a better option as I don't want to go back to that whale size of a muffler.

I've been running the dynomax rock crawler for over a year. It is loud, has drone but sets up well for my type of wheeling. However, due to the fact that anytime I start my jeep in my garage and my entire house shakes, I need a better solution or I'll end up in divorce court.

I just installed the dynomax super turbo muffler with dual tips hoping that would be quieter since its billed as the quietest from dynomax. Unfortunately, it's barely quoted and still rumbles a lot. Plus, mad drone at 1600 to 1800 rpm's.

Anyone have a good option before I go look into custom setups? A buddy mentioned adding a resonator onto the long stock pipe before it goes to the muffler but not sure if that has any power loss implications.

Thanks.

DynaMax VT muffler. I have this no drone, quiet at cruising speeds, nice tone when you get on it.

My Buddy had the same issues - we installed a vibrant resonator #1792. Sounds throaty but quiet and no drone.

Any issue with peforamce loss with the resonator?

I've looked at the VT one but its expensive. Haven't ruled it out but Dynomax rep told me it was as loud as the rock cralwer one.
