Default suggestions on rock sliders

Ok I'm in the market to buy new rock sliders. Currently i have Rubicon sliders but as the Jeep has grown taller i am needing something that can act as a step as well, so the family have an easier time getting in.

Suggestions?

I run the ACE sliders. Have beat them on the Rubicon many times and they are a good step.

LOD sliders can be used as a step and are frame mounted. Can't use rubi sliders with them though. They are one of the strongest out there along with Evo which require welding to frame. LOD are bolt on (after drilling).

Lots of people run Ace with rubi sliders but I will caution you that doing that removes any gap between the ace slider and rubi slider. When the ace slider smashes a rock, it can bend into the rubi slider and cause body damage. I've seen it and its not pretty.

No complaints with my ACE sliders. You can run them with your factory rails as well.
