Default Brand new nitro trail grapplers turning brown!!! Help please

So the other day I was cleaning my car and wiped down my tires with soapy water. After I saw light brown streaks appear and when I would try and wipe it down again there would be brown on the cloth but it would just show up again on the tires. I've tried everything today such as simple green, comet, blesch white, and a ton of car soaps. The more I try to clean them the worse the brown shows up. I am really upset because I just paid 1500 for new tires and this is happening. I don't want to use a tire shine to just mask the problem. All advice would be most helpful

Nope I haven't even offloaded with them yet. Also I have never applied tire cleaner to them. I'll stop touching them for now :(

Sometimes if you corner on low PSI tires you can scratch them and develop this look.

My Toyos did the same thing when new for a while and eventually i resorted to spraying them with no touch tire shine....for some reason after doing this for a while and then stopping they are fine now. Not a fan of tire shine but it was better than brown tires....lol. Wipe the tire shine so its not wet and glossy and it works great.

How long has it been since you've used tire dressing?

It's most likely from petroleum based tire dressing products. Do a really good scrubbing with a brush and dial dish soap. Then go get some silicone based tire dressing and only use that from now on.
