need help with tire and fuel economy info
i just bought my first jeep a few months ago. i have a 2011 sport jku. i want to lift it and put the big tires on it but its my daily driver and im not trying to hurt the fuel economy on it too bad right now. i am buying 20x10 wheels with 33" toyo m/t. in the far future i will get 35's or 37's with the same rims a lift. my questions are, will the 33's rub and if i get a 2" budget boost how bad will it effect me fuel economy?

how much backspace do i need to go for it not to rub? and no i dont. it is stock, i drove it about a week before i deployed and it got around 23 25 mpg. and its an auto unforunately lol
I would do yourself a favor and not get 20's but to each their own. That's a lot of wheel and it certainly won't help you offroad, actually hurt you because you will lose sidewall flex. 20's are best for at least 37's+ but its your jeep

hi mark, would these tires rub with no lift?33x12.5R15 Goodyear Duratracs? mine is a 2013 motor if that helps with the fuel economy to better push the 33s around right?
