Default Rough Country 3.5 and 35 inch trail grapplers

I installed 35x12.5 trail grapplers last week on 2 inch wheels spacers/factory wheels and teraflex leveling kit and have bad rubbing in fenders and am hitting rock rail flexed off road (with swaybar still connected). This motivated me to order a Rough Country 3.5 inch lift kit tonight, will that be enough to get me back up and running off road or will I still need to trim fenders/rail/pinch seam? Anyone out there running this setup?

Thanks,
Jon

Did you have to trim pinch seam or rails?

I am running the rough country 3.5" and 35" duratracs with smittybilt flares I haven't had to trim anything and can flex like hell done the toughest trails we can find in nc and love the lift it was good price and hasn't let me down. Also am running the stock wheels as well an only 1.5" spacers so you should have no problems

Do you think you would be rubbing on stock flares?

yes....forgot to add trimming of rear pinch seams.....you will rub with the factory flares even with 3.5" unless you adjust bump stops accordingly.

Kit comes with bump stop extensions, they don't keep the tires off the fenders?

I've had no problems with my RC 3.5 setup on 35" Mud Country's. I did not have to trim my pinch seam yet.
