Default having problems with mods

I recently had a hemi installation along with a Flowmaster system and snorkel.
Over the past few months I've been having issues mainly:
1. Engine light is on, took it back where it was installed. They state its a BS code, reset it, stayed off for acouple days then came back on again.
2. Seems to be lack of power and some hesitation from the motor, but it could just be me.
3. Exhaust doesn't have that nice deep growl, sounds chatty and almost as if the fuel injectors are clicking loud and being amplified by the exhaust. Or sounds as if there's an exhaust leak coming from the manifold. Not sure what it is but it doesn't sound nearly as good as it did even 2 months ago (mods were done about a year ago or less).
Agai., the installers checked it and did.t find anything wrong with it. Not sure if they are right or wrong. All I know is its bothering the heck outa me and I'm about to put a Borla system in if it doesn't get corrected.
4. The numbers on the dash showing the avereage mpg go down awfully quickly when at a stop. When I stop at a red light with a reset mpg average of 15.1, by the time it turns green, it reads 11 or so. They checked it out too but says that's normal. I doubt that since every car I've been in that shows mpg's being used, when at a stop the numbers go way up.
Those are the main issues. If you have any advice, I could use it. I'm planning on taking it to a shop around me for more opinions.
